The Brand
ShanchaCare is a natural skincare product line enriched with extremely precious wild camellia seed oil. The seeds are harvested by hands, from deep in the Dabie moutains. The brand embraces the concept of minimalism in modern life and commits to surround its users with the most neccessary natural products/service for beauty and health.
Design Challenge
Camellia oil has been used as edible oil, skin moisturizer and hair care for more than a thousand year in Asia. In the western countries it lacks of modern exposure and not revelant when it comes to the younger generations. How do we introduce this eastern tressure in a modern context?

Shancha Inc, the mother company was first lauched at 2016 in New York. We estimated 150 guests for the launch at the Musuem of Asian Society and then sent out Eventbrite and mailchimp emails. About 300 guests showed up and had a memorable evening with us.
The lauch event was designed to offer an immersive and cultural experience. All the visual materials were collected from the orgini of the Shancha.
